Equality Objectives 2025- 2027

To ensure that all staff are aware of the Equality Policy.
To monitor the of reports of incidents of bullying, harassment, racism and other harmful actions every term.
To monitor the involvement of students in the extra-curricular life of the school, ensuring that equal access is enabled and that students from all backgrounds and regardless of need are participating.
To promote non-stereotypical career options.
To celebrate the rich cultural heritage in our school through the recognition of religious festivals and through a biennial culture day.
To ensure the transition arrangements for incoming students in Year 7, Year 12 and in-year, take protected characteristics into account.
